Salon Policies
At Studio 24, we value both our clients’ and stylists’ time. We understand that life happens, and we appreciate your consideration of the following policies.
Cancellations
We kindly request 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a percentage-of-service charge or require a credit card on file for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive 10+ minutes late, your stylist may need to reschedule your appointment. This is at your stylist’s discretion to ensure the remainder of their day stays on schedule.
No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice may result in:

“Walk-in only” booking status
We respect our stylists’ time and appreciate your understanding.
Children
Children are welcome when receiving a service and must have their own scheduled appointment separate from a parent or guardian.
