Our Approach to Covid-19 + Current Salon Policy
We at Studio 24 are continuing to abide by our current model put into place at the salon.
Right now we are not allowing anyone in our waiting area unless previously agreed upon or with a special circumstance. Please contact your stylist when you have arrived for your appointment or call the salon's main phone line to be connected with your stylist. We kindly ask that you do not bring guests, including children - unless they too have an appointment scheduled.
We appreciate your cooperation during this time!
Child and Guest Policy
Children are welcome in the salon only when receiving a service, and must be scheduled at a separate appointment time from their parent to ensure proper supervision.
Late + Cancelation + No-Show Policies
Studio 24 values both our clients' and stylists' time and understands that life happens and plans change.
Cancelations
We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you do so within 48-hours of your scheduled appointment time to allow our stylists to fill that appointment slot. If you are unable to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 48-hour time slot, you may be charged for a percentage of your service or asked for a credit card number for future appointment holds.
Late Policy
We understand you may be stuck in traffic, get off work late or experience other inconveniences and while we try to accommodate all clients, please note that if you are 10+ minutes late, your stylist may ask you to reschedule your appointment. This late policy is enforced at your stylist's discretion.
No-Show
Please note Studio 24 is now enforcing a no-show policy that could affect your appointments in the future. We value our stylists' time, expertise and appointment times are invaluable to their work. We appreciate your understanding of the following policy.
Your stylist holds discretion for no-shows as they are independent stylists. You may be charged for a percentage of your appointment, asked for a credit card number before booking future appointments (and charged for further no-shows if applicable), or may be labeled as a "walk-in" only where you will not be able to book appointments with your preferred stylist. We never want to hinder clients from booking an appointment so please be mindful of your stylist's work and please cancel or reschedule your appointment if needed. (Refer to our cancelation policy)
